Set up your team in five steps

Your dashboard shows a Get Started checklist until every step is done. Each step has a button that takes you to the right page. Here is what each one does and why it matters.

1. 1Connect your PMS or add a property. Connecting Hostaway brings in every unit and its bookings at once. No PMS? Use Add by hand.
2. 2Create a checklist template. This is the list of tasks your crew ticks off, room by room, on every turnover.
3. 3Invite your crew. Each person gets an email invite and picks their own password.
4. 4Get the app on their phones. Send your crew to flipstr.co/get-app. Jobs, checklists and photos happen in the app.
5. 5Set your crew's pay rates. Without a rate, a finished job earns nothing on the ledger.

When your crew finishes their first job, you get a notification that says your first turnover is done, with a link to the photos.
