Who sees what: roles explained

What each role can see and do, so you invite people right.

Owner: everything, including billing. The person who created the team.
Admin: runs the day with the owner. Sees all jobs, alerts, issues, crew and pay.
Property manager: manages the properties assigned to them.
Lead: cleans, and also runs the team board: assigns jobs, moves them and adds helpers. Billing and pay stay with admins.
Cleaner: sees only their own jobs, checklists and earnings.
Laundry: sees only their own linen runs and earnings.
