Your linen run, start to finish

Pickup, stains, dropoff: the three steps on every laundry job.

Open the job from your Jobs tab. The Laundry handoff panel has three steps, and the team sees each one the moment you confirm it.

  1. 1Pickup: tap Confirm pickup once you have the bag in hand.
  2. 2Stains: if you see a stain, flag it (see "Flag a stain"). If not, move on.
  3. 3Dropoff: tap Confirm dropoff once the laundry is back at the property or facility. Dropoff only opens after pickup.

No signal? Your taps are saved on the phone and sent when you are back online.
