Build a checklist template
The task list your crew works through on every job, grouped into rooms.
Open Templates. Start from the template library or build your own. A template is made of sections (usually rooms) and the tasks inside each one.
- Keep tasks short and specific: "Wipe counters" beats "Kitchen".
- Mark a task as needing a photo when you want proof, like the made bed or a clean shower. Your crew cannot finish the job until those photos are taken.
- Assign the template to a property so every job there uses it.
